looks like A1 sales moving faster than A2. not many 438k units left for A1.

i think not strata or not issue, i remember was told that the big lake is public park.

i just hope the little lake beside the club house is not open to the public.

MR2 first launch was 408K nett 1 year ago, double story 20 x 65' linked house. proper stratat titled guarded and gated, with club house, school, commercial shoplot and natural lakes within the development itself.

I think it was reasonably priced. You can't get the same price in anywhere else with the similar concept.
Pls enlighten me if u find any.

cheah you are so patience to explain. He rather kemuning than rawang but both distance also not near to kl. I also want to stay at hartamas/mk landed but affordability is the issue ma. For the current 500k+ even new condo in setapak also not easy to get let alone landed.
