i thing the utilization for that space is a good idea.. i would personally make it a man's pad....like a bar..there are other options for the ladder like an attic ladder... meanwhile for the people who say they would rather buy a glomac property in rawang ...have you seen their workmanship..? u wouldn't complain if u saw it... and i feel the layout of the glomac project is not appealing. Even emerald have had thier fare share of broken promises. they promised a 9 hole golf course in emerald east but they now scraped that plan. and they market half their projects based on that selling point. Mah Sing may be screwing up but so do all the developers. Its a common problem faced by all home buyers. I bought in phase 2 so im going to reserve my comments till i see the actual house. and guys pls pls realize show houses are built in 2 months our houses will be built over a span of 2 years. the is bound to be a delta in the quality of the showhouse and the actual houses we bought.

Went to view the unfurnished phase 2 house today... firstly im glad i put my money on the phase 2 house rather than the phase 3. The maids room and bathroom really make a lot of difference. The balcony in the master bedroom also suits my taste. I have no issues with the location of the bathroom i think it works for me as long as it is properly ventilated. The extra bathroom upstairs and the 100sq feet extra is clearly evident on the phase 2 houses.
I however didnt like the windows. I felt the quality of the frames and window glass was not up to the mark. The up stairs doors are a joke. The quality of the doors is un-acceptable. The staircase railing paint job is really horrible. Obviously painted by brush as the brush strokes are visible. The divider wall between the houses is not as per scale model displayed and the marketing material.
Mah Sing need a little more work and attention to detail and they should be in the clear in this project.

Good effort from all those who are working on this and thanks a lot.

QUOTE(Alexxis @ Sep 10 2012, 02:20 PM) Guys, I suggest you all keep a copy of this one as I find it personally could be acted as a guideline for explanation to others of not aware of the prospect and changing in Rawang who keep telling you "I heard people say, or I thought it far away" without doing the actual research by themselves. I can confirmed the estimation from ampang point to rawang is around 30 mins as I drove also from setiawangsa area to rawang before using duke highway -> north south highway -> rawang bestari toll. People are too used to previous report and lack for projection & estimation skill. There are some solid changes ( I meaning not rumours and it is happening now) like the Flyover and road widening & expansion are in Progress and Jusco is already in function (Jusco will be only go in area that potentially or already developed, I mean they will not simply go in without proper research right?). The Toll between Exit 15 (Rawang South) and Exit 16 (Rawang Bestari) only around 7 - 8 KM, we have to know the reason behind why the Highway company build 2 tolls in such a short distance unless The area needs that. Of course everyone of us knowing that shouldn't just trust Paper announcement Or NATO kind of prediction, so do your homework before making any judgement or investment. I'm glad to have a group of professional here to be my future neighbor!!! i have lived in rawang all my life and even after a late night with lots of drinks rawang still doesnt feel so far..... from rawang Highway toll to Subang toll it only takes me 14 mins at an average or 100km/h... yes the glam is not yet visible in Rawang but its was similar with all major Citys progression back in the day. All the major existing Citys didnt fall from the sky in their current state. Over time Rawang will flourish as did all the current major citys. Those who believed would have invested and secured a home those who dont can always buy in Bukit Beruntung or Tanjung Malim or if they have a lot of money they can just buy in KL. Its become a norm for progression of development to constantly move out to the next closes area to KL despite these locations not being all that close to KL. Please don't make other people/potential buyer confuse about it..... i agree.... so much noise from people who have no interest in this project.....i mean i understand when buyers or genuine potential buyers comment on stuff but i wonder whats the propaganda or hidden agenda behind it for those who are not in the least bit interested....maybe they are giving them self excuses to justify missing the boat......

excuse me i never said any of the above..and pls dont tell me feng shui is very important that is a matter of personal opinion and its not for you to tell me....i may appear not to believe in it but i did not come on the forum and tell everyone its is non scence and not to discuss it here.i think i have that much respect for peoples personal believes... so i hope you would corporate by not putting words into my mouth of which was not spoken by me.
as spoke by one of the previous users the house plan is as it was made clear by the developer....the bathroom is where it was stated to be in the s&p.....

Try not to do that ... i am now getting irritated by your command of the language..... i just told you I NEVER said fung shui is non scene or under minded it....it just sounds to me ur hungry to make a little money on the side hence you over stressing your point......i believe the forumers here are able to smell your intend here as i do.... and if i do ever need to convert my bathroom into a store room i will not be calling you...

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Apr 1 2013, 04:48 PM) Phase 2 is 22x80, got RM 499k so cheap? If it is, it would be terrible news for whoever bought more than RM 600k. I thought the starting price is RM 550k bfore discount. Phase one superlink 22x80 were 550k - 7% discount = 511k ,the first row of phase 2 facing phase one was 570k - 7% discount = 530k , it was relaeased at the same time phase one was released due to the high uptake rate of phase one. Me and my uncle bought a unit each on that row. This post has been edited by RawangPony: Apr 2 2013, 11:25 AM
