Lol.. Mr 1 phase 1 going to ready soon somemore.. mr2, serve interest for 3 years also die hard ady.. Leasehold also. lol... 2 units of mr2? what means? Now more projects in Rawang, no offense to look for new launch which need 3 years to complete (yet to sign any SPA).. =)

Location wise.. Phase 1 got a bit slope.. unlike phase 2 and 3 better layout. Different facing might different price. Just like facing road units vs facing field units.

everyone has their own point of view. The Mr1, completion next year, maybe the buyer want to save money for the rental and not rather than serving progressive interests + monthly rental issue. Depends on each person how they are thinking of I guess. More and more developments are there and hope all the mr1 or mr2 buyers are wise buyers =)

Most likely for own stay I guess. But if flip, also can cos nowadays leasehold also selling 450k onwards smile.gif. More projects coming soon.
