Battery life has higher importance for me. I get to do whatever I want whenever I want. Like todays 6 hours youtube on 3G stress test, I now can confidently go without car charger when using GPS, for example.

I think every andriod phone nowadays face this prob lol...sometimes even iphone has the same prob as well

Bro, if i use like a normal phone...you think can last for 2-3 days without charging ? Wish to get this as my first android phone.

I don't mind testing it out tomorrow. My prediction is about 1 and 1/2 days no problem, based on what I seen so far. If it can lasts two days, it will exceed my expectations.

I mean ambient light sensor, where the phone automatically adjust the brightness based on the external light?

ashburn98. i think so.lol. anyway. i juz got my honor ytd. do u know wad is stream? the app in the menu? coz when i use the preloaded facebook n twitter to sign in. it directly brings me to stream. n i dunno y. then i download facebook app in market. tat 1 is fine. do u know y?

My day ended at 49% battery left with 3G on permanently, and used 15.92MB of 3G data. Maybe it's possible for 2 days of usage but I'll have to shut down the phone at 12midnight and see how it goes tomorrow.

i use it to play games often. played about 2 hours and the battery at 78%. the temperature of my battery gone up too. to 40 degress. i juz dunno y the preloaded fb n twitter will direct me to streams. kinda confused. the hd video tat i inserted into the honor doesnt seem to have the pic appear in the gallery. it stated videos but without any pic. (Invisible). but if i press it. it still can be played

the high definition x lag. oni support 720p. nice screen display . juz it is invisible in gallery. did u use the preloaded fb?

this phone has the huge battery , definitely a great buy phone at 1k .

The battery lasted until 3pm. I consider it as one and half day of usage.

Hi guys, want to ask those who are using this phone. Is the phone by default loaded with android 4.0 or still on 2.3 ?

If anyone is on 4.0, is the phone sufficient to support the OS ? Since the ram 512MB if I not mistaken.. And any shortcomings for this phone from your personal review ?

It's on 2.3 stock.

A demo of ICS (4.0) was available for download until a few days ago. Someone wrote in XDA that Huawei tweeted saying a full ICS will be released in 2 week's time.

You can see how the phone runs on the ICS demo @ youtube. There are a few of those.
