Yes, like @alien9 said, you need to manage your calorie intake in this case. Clearly it's because the energy supplied by whey and creatine > the energy you used, reduce the amount intake or increase your workout.
On the other hand, yes you can take Amway All-plant Protein, but don't expect very significant muscle build at short time. I just do not like the taste. But hey, it's alright otherwise. That being said, for people who are vegetarians and cannot tolerate the heatiness of regular whey, this is ok. You might want to add supplements as per the person above me has said.
I've seen results, with my brother. He cannot tolerate animal based whey, for some reason it's really heaty for him.
