I'm pretty sure the protein per serving is a joke. I've seen the serving info of Amway's soy protein before. Just stick to whey.

The protein Bio-availability wise, plant protein is pretty low in the list, egg, whey and meat are way better. Probably cheaper too.

By looking at the label, yes it is a joke and the price is ridiculous vs whey protein. But why they still sell? Marketing brainwash? Any benefits this vs whey protein? hmm.gif

I just compared its protein and calorie per 100g serving, its more than herbal life and nutrabolic mass fusion...

1700KJ/400Kcal calorie and 80g protein per 100 g

other proteins also didnt offer that much...

What's the size of the tub and how much does it cost? Price is a very big factor when buying supplements.

Plant proteins can never be as good as animal based proteins. Whole egg and whey proteins are the best source of proteins available on market. The whey protein that I am selling also provides 80% protein concentration same as Amway's all plant.

That being said we shouldn't knock off soy protein. I've gotten very decent gains on it.

sorry to resurrect old thread. But this interest me.
*Assuming price is not being questioned here.*

Due to time and health limitation, i can only do some workout such as pullups and chinups whenever possible.(But not to the extreme) Some benching with a pair of dumb bells and some curls.

i have some leftover whey and creatine which i continue taking under these situations and i felt that i am getting fatter. So i have stopped all my whey and creatine leftovers.

Question : If i want to supplement my muscle growth from these minor workouts i do, can i take these amway protein?

It's not the whey fault, it's your calorie intake.

Yes, like @alien9 said, you need to manage your calorie intake in this case. Clearly it's because the energy supplied by whey and creatine > the energy you used, reduce the amount intake or increase your workout.

On the other hand, yes you can take Amway All-plant Protein, but don't expect very significant muscle build at short time. The Amway protein alone is for balanced amino acids and health, but many Amway distributor know some "formula" of taking supplement that might help, you can PM me if you wish to know (or consult your upline/service distributor if you already have)
