A lot of Thai girls at Beverly. Black less. N I reckon thai skimpy dressing ladies r more of an eyesore the bangla ! The blacks don't come in groups but these uselessladies come in groups. There is a black family w young children. Bangla n other national r security guards. Some station at Tesco. Or some work as kitchen helper at kiss burger DPC. These ppl who PROPER JOBS r OK.
Conclusion. Its a goodbuy at Beverly.majority owner tenants r Chinese

so overall after reading few posts mentioned, beverly with a DPC view is better than avelon or plaza manjalara?
