1. We have 4 cars in total, if each unit only has 1 parking lot, then the remaining 3 will have to park outside? In between the road somemore??

2. The units are too old in my opinion (16 years IINM), PMP is only 4.5 years old.

3. It has 8 angles, quite troublesome for me to arrange my furniture and deco. Also, I prefer a rectangular house.

4. There are a lot of "expat" living there, more than PMP (according to my friend who stayed there previously).

5. There is no more RM420K unit there, also ranged from RM500K and above. Me no budget

6. The security is also so so, my friend saw a Ferrari was stolen last year during daytime from the inside. The guard let him passed too (he didnt check who was the driver), the owner was chasing his car at the back, but everything was too late, the car flew towards LDP already
