alright, i think update via kies is recommended. Gonna update it tonight!

You can easily update your firmware OTA from the tablet itself. No need to use KIES - too troublesome
Just go to settings/about device/software update/Update
I updated mine last week

Just wondering...i rooted my tab+, when samsung release ics, can i just update it straighaway or i need to use other rooted method.

You can always flash back to stock rom to unroot it if necessary
Anyway is too early to know how we will get the update - cross the bridge only when we come to it

oh, today only my device detect got new firmware update. 4.14mb...

Just use odin in PC and flash the stock rom
