just got my car tab holder 2 days ago. i attached it to the co-driver right side seat bolt. decided to use this after the windscreen suction type really quite bother my view. the tab holder build is quite strong. disadvantage is since the aluminum stand is quite long, it will goyang2, but not to the extend of bothering. quite satisfied with it smile.gif

to me battery life will be based on how u use it. when i am in gaming mode, the battery can last for around 9-10 hours or so before drain to 5-10%, this is coupled with internet browsing over the wifi. but now with very little time on gaming and web browsing and mostly just on 2g (call n sms), the battery seem to survive almost 2 days & 6 hours with battery left 30%, which is i think is very good smile.gif i am on the latest firmware update. samsung might have somehow fix the battery mgmt. who knows wink.gif

tried papago x5 with 7 plus, but it is not compatible. end up using ndrive now but map have not been update since 1 Quarter 2010. and view only in potrait mode. i think the best now might be sygic. great interface and can view in landscape. i have not try it personally tho

then better get sygic as the interface is much better than ndrive, and it is with landscape support. contacted ndrive support and was told that the next map update is in 2-3 months time sweat.gif will stick to ndrive in the meantime until sygic is discounted, hoepfully

Done flashing ics for my wife tab 7 plus this morning. No more frustrating bug like mini dialler pop up and network disconnection while enabling data plan happen since morning. Am very happy with this update, the tab felt smoother as well smile.gif
No issue running Ndrive n Sygic for me

@frogeefree - not sure what u talking about. U either confused or frustrated that 7 plus (p6200) got its ics update late. I can safely say the wait was well worth it. Just flash using the austria firmware using odin and u are good to go.
