maybe u use it intensively bro? i know i drain mine fast when focused on playing games for 2 hours straight. might be the case that an app probably is eating up the battery

the sygic aura look great. thanks for sharing benny. as for myself, i am currently using Ndrive, the navigation is quite ok and provide a fast rerouting. only thing is the map is a bit outdated. oh and i think the map is displaying portrait mode only.

is antivirus app needed on android devices? can get virus as well? just thought of it

@junkieG - tried to move apps with apps2sd as well, but dunno why cant do it. I guess i got the same problem as you

no problem connecting to windows 7 64 bit as well. all i need to do is just install keis and i am able to browse through it or from the windows file explorer.
on the other hand, i got lil bit problem in which the mini phone dialer will auto pop itself sometime although i did not choose it. anybody got the same problem? not that an issue, but it is there and annoying

@CanonLee - yeah, n i think somebody from xda reported the same issue too. might be a bug in the firmware. hopefully someone here have a solution for it. if not have to wait for samsung to fix this bug

my dialer pop up sometime as well. usually when try opening up apps. but haven't been acting that way today. will update again if still happening.

Just to update after restarting my unit, the dialler has not popping out by itself. However cant be sure yet . Installed zeam launcher n i kinda like the minimalist feature of it :-) currently only running one active workspace with one active widget on display

@accab - the only way i know is to use a launcher. and currently am using a launcher called zeam launcher. very lightweight as well. traditional way to change it i really dont know. below is my tab screen capture

@ejoylovers - i did my update and still am able to connect to keis. maybe you should try reboot your tab? last week also the keis did not detect my tab, but once i rebooted, i was able to connect without problem.

no issue transferring files. but i do need to allow file acception. only then can accept files from my laptop

for frequent texting usually i just put on desk and type. if outside, just hold with one hand and type with another hand. but yeah, a bit tiring if holding with one hand to text over a period of time as i need to wrap my fingers around it

yeah, more or less 8-12 hours of heavy use. dc the battery today around 9am and at 9 pm my battery was down to 5% left. use gps to/fro office, b.tooth always on, wifi most of the time today as i factory reset the tab. been downloading apps updates especially for gps and games updates. take 2 calls and few smses. am only on 2G connection btw my tab take around 4 hours for full charge

1. Fully charged if with 2g roughly around 1 day 6 hours + if on 2g. never connect to 3g.
2. Charging take about 3 hours plus..
3. If connected to bluetooth headset, you can refer to my no 1 answer am always connected

On the other hand, i recently install go launcher ex, notification ex, go sms widget and go locker. the combo is really nice but my battery only can last around 15 hours until battery left 5%. this of coz coupled with a bit of gaming few widget on screen and 30km of gps-ing. but still, i can feel the go launcher ex is such a battery eater when used with 7 plus. zeam and adw launcher is better imho

@atuk - today got latest firmware released? have not check. mine is still on DXKL1

@accab - you can try zoom camera fx, bought it from the android market when it was on sale.

i still ocassionally got the dialler auto pop itself. happened few times while playing defender. i think it is the prob with the touchwiz. i think it never/rarely pop up when i use 3rd party launcher. i might be wrong tho. am currently using stock launcher and going back to adw

compared my 7 plus with my sister tab 7..can say the 7 plus is better in term of display quality and viewing angle. and the 7 plus feel faster too. duno how much differ as i only made a quick comparison with same brightness setting. but the old tab 7 come with stronger gorilla glass, but still i can see scratches across my sis's tab

@aimar - the 7.7 def will be much more better than 7 plus. Was planning to trade in my 7 plus for 7.7, but i think i will maintain with 7 plus as i am alread satisfied with my purchase :-) mybe my next ugrade will be the next plus2. U never know
