trying to make do with the least amount of cash possible. my nex investment would be 4x 5kg plates

will the effects of doing the "big 3" be the same if i did it with dumbells instead of barbells?
*
the reason for barbells is because you will soon outgrow the db weights for squats and deadlifts. how often do you come across 50kg dbs?
im assuming you're not doing goblet squats, db squats dont give much ROM, and your grip -will- be an issue later on.
you can generally bench heavier with barbell compared to db's, because you dont have to stabilise the barbell so much. its just a matter of pushing it up hard enough.

Nah, endurance is the word. Muscle endurance. Running a marathon requires cardiovascular endurance. Your legs, are endurance muscle. It's about how many times you can do a motion repeatedly; endurance.

Try curling 50 times.

okay, muscle endurance then, but the thing is, im lifting weights to get bigger and stronger, lol. doesnt really matter if i can squat or curl 50 times, its not gonna show in the physique right?

Yes it will definitely shows in the physique. if you can squat or curl more, the weight that you can lift will increase non the less, but it wont be as effective as those who train for intensity (less reps more weight). red meat vs white meat.

put it this way. a power lifter and a cardiobunny

the bunny can run or do aerobics non stop for 40 minutes, the power lifter would be wizzed out loooong ago. but when it comes to liftan them heavies, you know how it goes from there.

one is getting bigger, another one is just getting more leaner and defined. it's possible to get both big and defined but it's not easy(MMA Fighters, Soldiers, so on).

vid related, a normal powerlifter wont last for more than 1 minutes, i mirin' that endurance the lady has in the video

finished my chest and triceps routine

really quick though =(
after warm up ( several sets of jumping jack, arm and chest stretch and knee pushups )

took about 35 minutes to complete. is this too little?
was it hard? yes. was it tiring? no

dude, no one can tell you if you're feeling tired or not. still felt you could go on? do more work then. why stop just because your planned routine ended? use more weights, do more sets, do more reps. do whatever.

if you dont feel wizzed out at the end means you're not doing hard enough
