most of the rich dad's book are unavailable in KL. only have few books like Rich Dad Poor Dad and Cashflow Quadrant. Others are hard to find. =(

thats why its great that property101 gave me the link. the book even signed by author himself. Great deal since i find mph selling for RM68 and amazon cost usd $21 roughly the same price at mph already
