This time, like the last time, I follow every step to the teeth. The only difference is this time I sat down and look straight into it instead of standing and looking at where I want to drill. Yes, a little bit is enough to throw the whole thing off.
I drilled one hole, put in the screw all the way, marked the next hole with, not a pencil this time but the screw itself so I know it will go in center. Then take off the screw and drill, then repeat for each hole. The difficult part is screwing and unscrewing each bolt. I can't use my power driver cause not enough torque. Have to use man power. My muscle ache liao. Dunno why so difficult to go in and out.

Drill first hole already made mistake....sigh. Drilled into a metal beam I think. Ok never mind, drilled another hole. All in 5 holes drilled with 4 screws. Better than the last time definitely hahaha.... laugh.gif

But in the end still senget a bit. I don't care liao, I consider putting 4 screws in a success liao.  sweat.gif
Now got to pray the boss no see senget only  laugh.gif

Ok thats it. My DIY is all over. Now I need 3 strong men come help me lift my tv  sweat.gif

About 35kg. It's a 65inch plasma
LCD will be lighter

Today I got some strong men helped me carry and mount it. Very sad to see its senget about 5cm 😞
Dunno why off by so much. Could it be the screws moved under the weight?
anyway I'd made a mistake of not adjusting the bracket to offset the wall plate level which is off

Yes I used plastic wall plugs. No need metal la, this is not hanging off the ceiling but the wall

Can see or not the sengetness?

Just wonder why type and brand of the grease that you all used for the SDS plus drill bit? Some people said the petroleum based grease will damage the plastic or rubber of the chuck.

Am using makita grease.. because i use makita.. Hehehe

MY office is near CT hardware shop so I was thinking to go visit the shop. Touch touch first before buying. Maybe go physically can nego better discount hahaha.

I found another shop which generally has cheaper online price. www hupsenghware.com. Their shop is in Sri Kembangan, a bit too far...

Btw, those RM50 discount from 11st, lazada etc not really big effect when the purchase amount is bigger.
I believe these powertools margin is quite high.

Bro if i go CT hardware shop can get the same price online?

GSB 1080-2li RM320 online wor.. brows.gif brows.gif

how much you paid for it? if you still have the batteries and charger you can get the solo version for only RM180...btw, CT hardware own online website also have discount code to be use...( max 10% )
i guess they sell you the display unit? this is totally not acceptable...if i were you i will straight lodge a report or even call them straight and demand for a replacement....worst file in a tribunal case.

so far my purchase with CT Hardware doesn't had any issue before...
*
RM320 for 2 batts.. Since this item already on sale thus unable to use the discount code..

QUOTE(yushin @ May 27 2016, 01:45 PM)
You need to check & compare price between CT hardware online or Laz/Gem/11st see which place has better discount lor.

Btw, went to CT HW shop and saw that Bosch 10.8v grinder. So cute...  wub.gif
Then looking at the 18V grinder, wah... same size as wire version.
*
Lazada almost the same price but got freebies 3 screwdriver..

Anyway, got my GSB ady.. Yeehaaaa rclxm9.gif

Agree.

Makita and bosch after discount from gem5 and lazada can get below rm500.

But i already have bnd for normal use and this rotary hammer might be use once in a year.

If it is worth the price, i might get the cheapest but reliable drill.
*
For me, with the amount somewhere RM400 I might wait and buy Makita. I believe now you can get makita below RM500..

If you don't mind, you can buy used Makita HR2470 at RM250 in mudah..

I have the same thought as you before on 'using only once a year' but when you want it, you know that your tools will get the job done.. notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Recently just refresh some of my home power tools..... sweat.gif

Bosch L Boxx 238 ( paid RM 122 for this ) to store all my 10.8v range tool inside....
user posted image
sometime will use this box as a mini portable 'work table'... this huge tool box can easily store atleast 4 x 10.8 powertools with the inlay tray which came with the individual tool..

Bosch GKS 10.8v Circular Saw ( paid RM315 for this )....very smooth finish cutting....and most important it's portable and lightweight...
user posted image
usually will bring this along when buying plywood/mdf board at the hardware store and cut it into half before transport it back home...very very handy tool !  thumbsup.gif

Bosch GST 10.8v Jigsaw ( paid RM 292 for this )
user posted image
very handy tool for small wood project... replacement blade is cheap and has many type of blades too..

Bosch GSB 10.8v 2 LI Cordless Drill Set c/w 2 battery & charger ( paid RM264 for this set )
user posted image
also part of the Bosch 10.8v family....quite powerful for this size, wall / tiles drilling no issue. Slow and steady drill...

Bosch 10.8 Charger & Battery ( paid RM 69 for each of this )
user posted image
this is the fast charger and also this is the 2.0A battery compare to the 1.5A battery which came with the GSB 10.8v drill set

Bosch GSB 1300 Pro Set ( paid RM160 for this set )
user posted image
good enough for normal drilling....of course this is nothing compare to rotary drill...I got this because the price is too cheap to pass.... biggrin.gif

Bosch GWS060 Grinder c/w some disks & handle ( paid RM108 for this )
user posted image

and to use with the above grinder, I purchase this Grinder Stand ( paid for RM82 for this )
user posted image

Bosch GLL1P Laser Levelling, GLM50 Rangefinder & GMS100M Metal Detector ( paid RM105 /RM330 /RM155 for it )
user posted image
laser levelling is useful for wall frame installation, metal detector can be use to check the conceal pipe / wiring before drilling into the wall....very useful device. Rangefinder is my daily tool for site measurement...a very handy tool compare to conventional tape  thumbsup.gif
