No worries.that flooded place is salak selatan not saluki south. The Mid fields close to it also haven't get flooded, so TL no worry. Plus TL is at salak south garden, this place higher.

There won't be any SPA signing for the launching event today else I would have signed today instead of yesterday.

I'm happy with my car park allocation cos they are high floors and not randomly placed.

did u all notice that the SPA havent stamped yet?? i called to the lawyer, she said the developer holding all the SPA and will only pass to the lawyer by this month for stamping..

I think they will only send the S&P for stamping at end of this yrs. Coz the SPA stated that, 36 months from staMped SPA date to hand over the key. I saw the newspaper, TL advertise the completion date is November 2015. That means, I wait 4 yrs. I make the booking at November 2011, sign SPA at march 2012..

Basically KWSP required these documents for EPF house purchase withdrawal:

- S&P agreement
- Letter of Offer (loan) from Bank
- Saving acct passbook / bank statement (current acct)
- I/C
- Birth cert / marriage cert (if joint purchase even if you borrow loan only).

Just download both attachments for references..
