Friend, normally before construction they will do utilities survey which use the equipment to cross check what is in the ground before any piling work start. It is a standard procedure. If the construction carry half way then only said not suitable that was really weird, please reconfirm your source of news and share the right information.

IMHO, flipping I will take Central cos smaller& easier to release. Long term holding for rental will choose anyaman cos near to lrt was a really big point and easy to rent out.
