Bro, that is why i stated some outlet give me 5 days some other outlet give me 7 days. I suspected the Parkson staff simply chop the date in. I got frustrated with Lion parkson redi. Thats why i'm hardcore to Jusco. more deal more vibrant.
You should demand they change the voucher immediately (if you don't intend to use immediately)
I got a free gift when the CS staff chop the wrong date (7-day expiry instead of 1-year expiry)

I change Parkson voucher when about to use at the time of redemption... brows.gif icon_idea.gif

You'll have to insert your Platinum card into the machine to lift the bar, if its a Maybank platinum or premium card it will just open without charging you, else it'll spit out a receipt for other cards.

There's very little parking spaces in there though.
*
It works with the Maybankard 2 AMEX Platiunm also, right ?
The Platinum parking is not covered, right ?

Notice the Statement is different format, additional few pages infront. Total about 10 pages, (include my old Petronas card, all combine together)  rclxub.gif

Haven't received the hardcopy yet, just view on pdf. Is that the new rules to have new format of Credit Card statment? Looks complicated-leh.
*
Just ignore the first page lah... It does list the TOTAL amount charged/spend in 2011

Call the CS for most accurate figure of remaining CL.
Remaining CL must also Exclude un-posted transactions.

in actual fact, i never borrow any money since i have very, very healthy cash flow wink.gif

my financial adviser (aka maybank manager biggrin.gif) advised me to build up good credit profile, so a credit card (with good repayment history) is a start

i've been using debit card for the past few yrs - maybank's own, and i thought that would count too... but it isn't
*
Unsecured loan = Credit Card.
Did you print your CCRIS at BNM ?

guys ..

I am about to buy a laptop from my company as employee purchase... the sale person is from Penang and I in Selangor .. We are communicating via Email... He requests me the details as well as credit card (Amex)... Is this safe or standard procedure requesting my credit card details?

From my thinking, he can buy anything he wants with my card details if he wants ... Argh! ..

Recommended to get their billing team to call you directly to get the CC info.

Its a pure disappointment really with their CS. I requested for an increase to a temporary credit limit since I'll be on business trip 3 days back. The CS person told me that I'll know the result by Friday. I called up Friday evening, they said it hasnt been process yet and they told me they will look into it. At 11pm, I called again, and they said they cant process until Wed, due to weekend and public holidays. I told them my situation where I need to travel and I just asked for a temporary credit limit, to pay my hotel. The CS once again promised they will look into it and give me a call before 12pm on the status.

Until now, no call received. Well done Maybank CS! Now I am thinking of changing CC.

Typical Maybank CS response time....

8000 points for RM50 at Sen Heng offer is very good... equivalent to 0.625% cash back rclxm9.gif
BUT is it a promotional rate ?

Time to go to Sen Heng for redemption for Hair Dryer.
