Hi, anyone received Aeon 38% cashback from Nov spending? I still havn't got it, I scared I didn't get it because I bought Aeon Voucher on 6/11/2020.

uh oh...looks like i was automatically enrolled into the campaign and fulfilled this condition when i swiped 4x at DIY early December for the 50% cash back at selected merchants campaign.

i think the problem with bigpay is they are randomly using 3 different merchant name since Feb 1. one of them has a clock that is behind KL, I assume Europe timezone.

All 4 using digi all problem. And unifi mobile normally not recognize by campaign, only the big4.

i gave up already. just managed to find someone reliable and used Maxis to send. instant response from 66300. I think Maxis is hosting that number.

I don't think the problem is resolved. since late last nite until a few mins ago, sometimes cannot receive OTP on Digi. i assume the problems are interrelated. you can try one last time before getting help.

May I know what is the rm50 x 5 campaign?

If not mistaken rm80 x 5 is union pay. I thought the visa life style one trx rm100 to get 50% will do?
