It's from a dead body although I can't really remember where. But it will be in your inventory if you have looted everything you see along the way. Try the door, if it unlocks then you have the key. Failing which, I hope you took the Master Key gift lol.

this is why i said to take the master key as gift earlier...

Anyway doesn't matter if u choose master key or not lolz master key will make ur life easy by little bit lolz

The 'key to the Depths' is a drop from Capra Demon.

To get to Capra Demon, u need the 'Basement Key' (I believe you will receive this if you kill the Gargoyle boss) Try checking your inventory for the Basement Key. The in-game description will mention dogs, assasin and Capra Demon.

The locked door where u need to use the Basement key is after the Taurus Demon. The door is situated between Solaire of Astora and the Hellkite Dragon (Red Dragon whos tail drop the Drake sword).

I have been putting down a lot of message on the floor, but none was rated. people are so lazy to do so lolz. I on the other hand try to rate everyone I could. They put a limit to messages u can drop. I think one person can only have 6 messages. So sikit... You guys rate messages? what happen to messages that got rated? U got buff? but the Dev says its best to take the Pendant as it the only story based gift item that unlocks a certain story path in the game later on...

the pendant can be found later on in the game. the people at the faq have already confirmed this.
