I didn't try coop yet. Maybe I should try dropping those soapstone tonite for a summon

Lolz. I learnt from demon's souls not to use any weird item for souls.
In demon's souls early game, I use demon's souls to increase my souls. Bad move...

I was keeping my humanity up to 3. Then I lost it.
Now back to 1. I am not sure whether to use or not to. Keeping it would increase item drop rate.

How does the curse work? I dunno i am cursed yet or not. My appearance is starting to degrade further. slimmer and full of wrinkles on the face.

Yup, not the DLC map. its a drawn map by the community. Currently have for undead asylum, firelink shrine and undead burg.

Which knight are you fighting? is it the knight with the round shield with a rapier like sword (probably the balder side sword).
The critical attack you mention is probably the riposte attack. The attack wont initiate if you do not attack him. the sign is when he raise his sword pointing at you.
I read you can only attack him during this pose with a pierce attack (R2 with a thin sword) I never tried though since i got the drake sword

Last nite I challenged the Stray Demon too. But he's so strong and especially his attacks causes fire AoE. I died all the time by him. I am level 20 that time. Should I keep trying or venture somewhere else first? did he drop anything good?

Good thing I went there. I got the ring that neglect movement penalty while in any water or swamp. Now I am going to The Depths. The ring is really useful there

The article didn't state about region locking.
It may just be when we connect to the game, we would be place in a lobby/server with other players (regardless of region). Therefore we probably need to quit and load the game again until you and your friend in the same server/lobby.

The covenant Way of the White probably takes priority to be placed in the same lobby due to the covenant perks.

It's all just my opinion btw.

The 'key to the Depths' is a drop from Capra Demon.

To get to Capra Demon, u need the 'Basement Key' (I believe you will receive this if you kill the Gargoyle boss) Try checking your inventory for the Basement Key. The in-game description will mention dogs, assasin and Capra Demon.

The locked door where u need to use the Basement key is after the Taurus Demon. The door is situated between Solaire of Astora and the Hellkite Dragon (Red Dragon whos tail drop the Drake sword).

I have been putting down a lot of message on the floor, but none was rated. people are so lazy to do so lolz. I on the other hand try to rate everyone I could. They put a limit to messages u can drop. I think one person can only have 6 messages. So sikit... You guys rate messages? what happen to messages that got rated? U got buff? I got this one buff I dunno from where it came. The icon shows a shield and an up arrow

I felt so weird to be carrying a lot of stuff with no penalty. unlike demon's soul, I cant take anymore item once the item burden reached maximum.

joining co-op with someoneelse really have great rewards. I get to keep souls and humanity wether I die or defeat the boss. hehe.

tips : when going to new places, just drop your white sign before venturing out. Really helpful in scouting the area.
