Guys, what do you think of 6"x3" Marble Table with 6bycast chairs that costs RM2688 for the whole set? i was told it is only available beacuse of the Reno Expo. But me being a Sales person, never really believe in such talks. But, is the price reasonable?

very solid and you can't the the wood underneath the table top unlike most cultured marble dining table.

Most likely it's not real marble for that price. There are lots of man made marble so becareful

If you touch and feel not cold like marble floor is not really real marble. Man made more likely.

my case was table + 6 chairs, but when they deliver only sent 4 chairs, said no more stock.......me and wify was and told the SA if we didn't received the balance 2 chairs at the same day, we wont sign the DO and ask her to remove whatever things they delivered from my house and we will buy from else where.

end up the same lorry deliver the balance 2 chair plus another set of free gift in 2 hours time

i just bought a 4.5 round marble dining table with six chairs at crown furniture...

i bought a clearance sale set at puchong 2020. rm1699. 6ftx3ft + 6chairs cultured marble.

After comparing it with the cheapest casarano (rm2580 i believed), it's not too far off. Table wise, casarano is slightly thicker and nicer. but chair design n ergonomics, puchong's one better.

may i know for dining chairs, would u all prefer wooden leg or chrome leg?

Lucky you, for my case, order in MV fair, promise delivery on 1st Dec. 30th Nov I call them confirm they !@#!@#@#$ lost my order. !@#!@# them upside down, next day call me back say Table got, chairs still on the way from container. Dam... after so much of ding ding dong dong... Got the table, agree to wait for chairs....

And best things, they always change staff, every 2 weeks new staff..

So beware.

I think that's very cheap and it's marble. If it matches your home, why not grab it?

Price is cheap during promotion, but service and delivery suck big time. Learn a lesson, never will I buy from them again.

I go to kepong branch, all display more than 7 feet dining table, so I just leave.
End up I bought the 3x5 marble dining table from CROWN.

how to know marble what grade...A, A-, A+, B and so on....

Any method of increasing the table height ?
My chairs is a bit higher than I expected.
Adding a piece of block at the floor base is a no no as it is not fixed to the table thus can misalign

buy at ikea lah.. cheap ma.. and do not last long.. so 2 - 3 year later can change to new design lor...

if you guys are looking for modern dining sets... try Black & White... all their furniture are mostly B&W color and modern too. i got my sofa, bed, bar counter, shoe cabinet, tv cabinet from them...

i also know nothing abt marble. its the sale person told me poor quality marble will have coffee stain....
it seem some have the surface coated to prevent coffee stain.

I'm dead broke from all the renovation costs. Have resorted to building my own custom made table with some left over timber floor strips I have lying around. Will post up some pictures of the progress.

CROWN claims that all their marbles are first grade.....

Looks like cultured marble to me. There is no natural grains.
The colours are too even.

those shop will claim thats is the protection coating so that the marble won't stain the dark color park is real marble tho..

I think i saw this exact dining table before in the recent Megahome @ Pisa Penang. That shop mainly focus on marble type for dining table, able to do customization too if you order it early. But i recall the marble is from China.

OH MY GOD! casarano is really that bad! They always seems to be the best one during any fairs. So any suggestion where to get a good Marble table, original and not with any culture (cultured one I mean).

casarano.... only if u catch the best offer, check the item quantities and quality before they unload from the lorry, if got problem reject all...don't accept partially delivery, you paid full( their policy) so don't compromise and don't sign any DO.

No use, because during fair they hire part time, and the show room sales person change faster than you change pants. Everyday difference sales person, call they don't know what the problem, who handle.

It take lots of patient and time to handle them. I will never again buy from them.

at first she say cannot, then we walk out to neighbor shop, 10 minute later she call us said boss agreed to give another -10%, thats 43.3% off from list price not far from our targeted 45%

close the deal and get a set of stainless steel cuttery foc.

Delivery is another story lar, the SA and got another set of stainless steel cuttery FOC

You can choose to have them in full-leather, half-leather, PU,PVC or fabric. Waiting for them to send to my newly renovated condo. Would like to attach photo but don't know how.

any idea on how to protect dining table surface other than put glass on it? i prefer something like big transparent/matte place mat that can cover the whole surface...is there anything like that?

are the marble dining tables of casarano good?
i see that during fair it is 4400RM for 6-feet table + 6-chairs... but it is the type of marble that has been coated to cover the not nice marble look.
