oppss, realized the post was @ 2012...if still did not delivered then it is very very worst


I ordered one set @ jan and targeting to deliver by 14/Mar, SA said Cust Service will give me a call 2w prior to the delivery date. if delivery before GST will not kena GST

until 8th/Mar , realize that no call from Crown so i called to CS and they told me it is out of stock!
CS will further check on the warehouse and revert back to me by the end of the day, he asked for my address, i gave and he jotted down

however, no call was return on that day, so i called back on the next day, again they ask for my address and say can only deliver after Apr fool and definitely i will kena GST. i was furious as they broke the promise. No choice so i accept the facts

then suddenly on 14th/Mar or around , i received call from CS saying that they still have 1 unit but can only deliver by 26th as the delivery schedule on weekend all full. So i ok with it as i have another matter to handle

funny is, on 16th they called again and inform it is out of stock, ETA re-stock is around end of apr.... i really speechless. further more they ask for my address, and this is the 3rd time they ask for my address. all these it is the same person, same number (mobile #). And they said they will bear the GST. so right now i have no idea when my dining table to be arrive....
