No lar......... previously furnished with some "branded" sofa but sag after a few months.  How sad? Now with a much lower price, tenant much more happy with the replacement.  Small investment for longer term returns hopefully.

Bro prop99, thanks for helping me get the special price for the group purchase sofa.  I have been using it for 6 months, fully abused mostly by my 2 kids and despite all, it still look very new.  I supposed the thick leather is of a great help compared to my older set using thin leather which wrinkle out very fast.

Anyway, I am interested to get another set of sofa for my upstairs replacement.  I would like to have the same type leather sofa but this time not in L configuration but in 1 + 3 seater.  Can you pm me the link to the details. Thank you.
