Hmm... am thinking of getting a Mikrotik RB751G-2HnD to solve the problem that our office is having - see http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2553367 - but reading your post does give me some pause ...

What if in the middle of installing the device we encounter problems - where would we get the help needed ?

Hmmmmm .....

That is exactly what I am afraid of.

I am not familiar with the Mikrotik brand of router / modem at all, and to solve the problem that my Johor office is facing the Mikrotik RB751G-2HnD modem is one of the two modems/routers that can solve our problems - the other being Cisco modem.

If I were to get the Mikrotik, without assitance, I wouldn't know where to go from there.

I'm not getting it for personal use. It's for an office with over 50 PCs, printers, scanners, and Xerox machines.

If I screw up the installation the whole office workflow would be halted and I do not want that to happen.
