Jeff!! dont dissappoint us minor shareholders >_<" i think it's more defensive than pure property company since it's also a large construction company, so that will benefit from ETP. besides, its exposure in china and singapore can grow good fruits in long term....yeah, long term especially china. i also hated that it doesn't come out divvi policy. although it's not fair to judge that since most property/construction companies don't have such policy either.
