QUOTE(Dackson @ Sep 19 2011, 06:29 PM)
currently, it's all the share hv drop 30% ??
*
i think majority(means mostly not blue-chips) of shares have dropped 25-35% from their peak by now. Imagine even strong players such as QL(20%), spsetia(28%), mahsing(32%), panamy(20%), genting(19%), cimb(23%), maybank(6%), KLK(6%)....
hmm....another 20% to fall? that would make it ngam ngam 50%. hmm.gif

Added on September 19, 2011, 6:50 pmpana, for me is, this year and last year also 白做doh.gif

but who knows, maybe CI prefer 12xx more. yawn.gif

just realize kimlun dropped 37% from recent peak! even without serious doubt issue such as write-back risk in muhibah(45%) .
mudajya with better earnings dropped 34%, fajar with much lower profit last qtr on the other hand only dropped 24%.

Yes, you are so seriously true about this. I agreed.
But how to define big dig? Haha.. That is the million dollar question.

KLCI at 1000? 800? 500? 200?

When the world panic.. they all jumped to US treasuries!

Put warrant is good when market drop... attractive put warrant, pchem-ha, mhb-ha, drbhcom-ha..
put warrants in our market are all trading at very high premium (avg 40-50%) with less than 6 months expiry date, which make them not so attractive. hmm.gif

Plz let Greece default.. dont give them the 8B. Even if they are given the 8B bail out money, they will come back in December and ask for more. Mkt will fall and the whole default issue will come back and haunt the world..

Do you guys have any counter that doesn't drop much since early Aug till now? I can think of is Reits nia.

Beside reits, my best performers are maybank and drbhcom.
And worst are mudajya, masterskills, perisai, muhibah, sunway, spsetia, gamuda.

same as mopster, if hit 1300, i am also dead already. cry.gif

QUOTE(mopster @ Sep 20 2011, 04:19 PM)
I'm a Sunway holder.. hate to say this... but it's hit by less optimistic properties sales, new construction orders, lack of dividend policy.. valuation wise it can definitely go cheaper... now is about fair with a little discount..
u want a good deal ? maybe errr <Rm1.50 ?  (hentam figure)
oh Gosh.. why am I still holding ?  doh.gif
Jeff!! dont dissappoint us minor shareholders >_<"
*
that bad meh? it's 2.5 billion company trading at PE 7x, quite cheap isn't it?
i think it's more defensive than pure property company since it's also a large construction company, so that will benefit from ETP.
besides, its exposure in china and singapore can grow good fruits in long term....yeah, long term especially china.
i also hated that it doesn't come out divvi policy. although it's not fair to judge that since most property/construction companies don't have such policy either.

QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Sep 20 2011, 04:22 PM)
moppy, nowadays I avoid counter with bonus issues. sad.gif

Which is also part of the reason why I sold Mflour, no doubt it is an essential thing in our daily life, but I hate seeing the price being beaten down due to post-BI syndrome.

I bet those who bought Paramon before the bonus issue would agree with me.
*
me too. now very scare BI, RI....whatever I! sweat.gif

i just calculated that out by total volume at 78% buy rate, with minimum low lot trading (only 4%).
