it's way outside BB's lower band. if it squeezes, chance of it returning into BB is high. I believe a small rebound and sideway trading. Since CI so far away from BB last friday, it has to rebound some time in the next few days.

In 6 mths time, we will find cheap condo on the market!

basically PG Island goreng too much even for landed. 800k to 1Million for 2 storey terrace landed. LOLOLOLOL. Probably can buy in Balik Pulau.
