check your SPA and read carefully.
my one is bumi lot and clearly mentioning tanah rezab melayu.

so those bumi lot will belongs to MRL and the rest are normal freehold.
i dont see any problem right there ?

Yes bro. Suntex station would have 'P' - Park & Ride storey parking.
And FYI, the MRT plan for the parking are all few stories parking.
It is no similar to existing Putra LRT nowadays, which have landed parking.

Just sharing.

If you are from KL Sentral and wish to go Taman Suntex station, there will have SIXTEEN stations you have to pass through.

Do your own math to assume how long it takes to reach destination. sweat.gif

I noticed the project a little bit slow right now due to heavy rain everyday in the evening. But, I believe they are still on the right track. So far, the progress still doing good.
