Was told by PJD that the rebate will be paid back approx 30 days after they confirm receive payment from your bank.

guys, i have question on malay reserve thingy,,, i recall this matter beign discussed before in this forum,,,, is there really any issue of the malay reserve land status?

i vet thru the SPA, clearly stated no restriction whatsoever,,,, the agreement just like any other SPA for freehold property without restriction,,,, do i miss anything here?

Just found out that there will be a park n ride facility for the Tmn Suntex MRT station 
I wonder where will they build the parking. Regardless of the location, it will be a good development to help ease the traffic around the station.

You city mrt counstruction super fast.

very very basic stuff..... and it comes with 3 parking lots but i sold one of the parking lot..

as I remembered, all the you city unit is bare unit. none furnish at all.

for family , car park at least 2 is a must ~ MRT is good but malaysia car still very important ~
