those latest, newest developments with more attractions will attract more tenants... heck... even some of the existing u1 u2 will move to the new u3 or e9 due to better offering at similar pricing with first phases of youcity... OSK reli just wanna hancing on its buyers....

actually whats you guys definition of ulu? lol.... far from KLCC? or because the area is dead? if is the latter.... the C180 traders square are like 10 times more vibrant than most of old cheras KL townships.... if its about distance... then nothing to argue.... distance cant be change unless u build flyover direct highway to KLCC....
