yes , my units is come with semi-furnish like wardrobe & kitchen cabinet ..if buyer not take it can rebate back RM45'000 ~~during the time key hangoff .

I m agree too , it is good location .when MRT ready and some big mall around .. if go with owns stay .. for sure . people like to rent when it is convenient

Bridge is fine , walking disctance is acceptable , maybe they will rebuilt on future needs. what is the so big lake front of You vista ? i never know this .

Yes i do received the letter before CNY from Post laju . it is ask for last settlement , car park has been selected on level 5 .. not satisfied on high floor park .

Yes , the lower level is go for the big unit or high price plan . but total floor of car park is 7 floor. thus ,for those car park on level 6 or 7 is more damn headache .
