I am still waiting for my reimbursement ... lately seems that PJD is slow in processing the reimbursement. Anyone experience it? |

If owner filter the tenant quality, then "Venice Hills" residents wont have chance to move into You Residence. So, owner please beware who you rented. Short term it might give you rental yield, long term the value of Condo will drops, also you need to pay the repair cost once those tenants leave. |
