for you residence buyers, have you claim your April, May, June 2015 bank interest?
I am still waiting for my reimbursement ... lately seems that PJD is slow in processing the reimbursement. Anyone experience it?

Looks like you have 2 issues here - 1.) Nigerians in this condo 2.) rules too strict.

I think rules strict is to prevent illegal and vandalism incident happens.
As management can't stop owner to rent to Nigerians, the only way to control is to tighten the rules, and regulations. At least with this restriction, it will ensure security, and safety of the residents here go well.

I witness the guard at swimming pool to stop residents simply bring people to swim by asking each of the group to register which unit they belongs to, and also stop people from swimming with not proper attire. So I think guards are actually doing their job, and we should appreciate them to execute the agreed rules, and regulations strictly.

For Nigerians issue, it is mainly owner issue. If owner filter the tenant quality, then "Venice Hills" residents wont have chance to move into You Residence. So, owner please beware who you rented. Short term it might give you rental yield, long term the value of Condo will drops, also you need to pay the repair cost once those tenants leave.
