I got my 2 studios before official public launch as I knew their purchaser.( networking la)
I believe no undertable $$ invloved. Maybe loan rejected case and give some money Rm10/- for belanja kopi only

I read that the tunnelling for the 9km is only taking 1.5 years max to complete.
