maybe it meant console is EU but warranty is given by the shop in sg.
i dont think eu set can hv warranty from sony SG
just like how my set can only be warrantied by sony my.

cooling fan @ intercooler wont help much to reduce the heat

Hello guys,

need some help here,

After not playing my ps3 slim 320gb for a month, today I try to play fifa12 and my ps3 lagged for 10s and then ok for 2s and then continue lagged for 10s and so on keep on lagging.

I also try some other games but it continue to keep on lagging.

I try to quick format but it does not shows any good results. I'm so confuse now.

I leave my ps3 in standby mode and last game I played was fifa12.

Anyone can help me ?

rm850 confirmed euro set .. seriously any set will do cause PS3 games are region free .. incase anything just send for repair at any trusted videogames shop .. most of them got enough stock of PS3 spare parts , the only things you need to pay for the cost of repair .. thats why as you can see many gamers still support imported PS3 , no problemo !

Yesterday I tried to full format which takes about 19 hours but still the systems is slow,,

Usually when I inserted the game bray it will continue to load fast, but this time it's slow,,

Very confuse now because I pretty sure that the last time I played it last month was ok, and now suddenly it becomes like this,,

HDD can broke/spoil anytime even if its brand new 1...(i experienced it before)

so just changing the hdd is ur only choice....

Do you have any games (Demo, Mini or Full) in your HDD?
Any problems when loading them?

I never have any game in my HDD.

It's just that I can play any games but it will stuck for few seconds and then continue ok for seconds and then continue stuck,, I can't play games like this,,

How much do I need to spend on new hdd ?

How to know it's my hdd fault not the lens ?
