Question guys, Im bringing my PS3 abroad so i'll be taking it in one of those of luggage bags. Does anyone have any idea where or how I can safely secure the PS3, like covering it with bubble wrap and wrap it with plastic foil.

Can anyone share their experience regarding this ? How much will it cost and Where can I do it ?

You mean depending on the DLC it is region free or not? How to know this? From where we can see and notice?
From playasia, as i seen, all of the game also showing region free.

Well for the some dlc when i'm about to download from psn (the screen that has the flashing download button) the notice is there saying it will work only for this/that region version of the game, now i don't know if every game does this so i can't say its a 100% fact, if the notice is not there it might mean the dlc is region free but one cannot be sure, so as a safe bet most buy dlc from the same region as the game.

questions.... I bought a new R2 uncharted 3... and it have the pass code.. what account can be used for the pass code??? R2 account only??

Yes R2 account only bro , but after u redeem it, the dlc or the pass code will work on any account of different region .

do you guys do some maintenance to your ps3 before? clean it and replace the thermal paste?

Hi all, i have some questions regarding Playstation Plus and need your help answering.

1).Once registered, i can download "Free Games" from PS+ and i understand i "own" these free games as long as my subscription is active. The question is after subscription expired, can i still play these games or i m restricted to not able to re-download only?

2).If i purchase a game (e.g. Journey) or DLC with extra discount using PS+ subscription. After subscription expired, do i still own these games and DLC?

questions... there have been a texture problem in my uncharted 3.. the cutscene also laggy and stuck... is it the disc problem or my fat ps3 problem.. tq

If you're considering mobile broadband, go for Maxis. Quite consistent. I can even play GT5 online with it.
But you have to DMZ and the Maxis should be used solely on PS3.

As for data usage for online, in GT5 case I roughly used about 300 to 400mb for about 2 hours of online play.

but then after quota finish then cant play right? i even heard they lower the speed to 32kbps not 64kbps..

better get the prepaid then.... can reload when you used up all your quota....

The 300-400mb is just my estimates.... it could be less.... but not more....

how do u delete the user id of a PS3 (bought a 2nd hand console) but still keeping whatever games the fella already downloaded into the harddisk? (sorry, noob questions. never played playstation before, switched from xbox360)

u can't delete the ex-user id if u wanna keep the games that he already downloaded cuz the game need activation from the acc in order to access and play it...
