from maybank FAQ

1. What is this new service all about ?
Perbendaharaan Malaysia is providing an alternative electronic payment channel for government employees and ex-employees such as those from the Police and Armed Forces to repay loans taken from Bahagian Pinjaman Perumahan (BPP).
The repayments include monthly or full/half settlement, MRTA and fire insurance.
The online payment directly debits the savings / current account number of the payee.

2. Who is eligible to use this service?

Anyone from Areca went to MDKS to check out on the standard renovation plans. Jus wondering how the plans for kitchen extension looks like. Is it specific to individual house or jus a standard guidelines for all the house?

Me too, thinking of covering the air well with polycarbonate or glass roof, just would like to block it from rain... But not blocking sunlight & wind... any ideal  icon_question.gif
*
I am thinking the same as you, jus block out the rain but not the sun light. Jus wondering do we need to build a roof over it or jus polycarbonate over the opening.

I have bad experience with jus having the polycarbonate closing the opening as they jus seal the edges with sealant and after some time (rain & shine) it will leak.

I think if we build a frame over the opening and make a roof proper, it will b good for the long run.

I do not know if the building of roof with frame will work with our roof design. Anyone got any ideas or input?

Maybe we may get some explanation from MDKS staff..if really involving the roof design, most likely we have to buy some sort of standard plan..or am I wrong? rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

As 4 me, maybe i just built a mini taman there, i really love 2 see a mini taman inside the house.. thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

I think mdks will not see any reno on the roof. Do we need to get a plan for that? And is there a standard plan for that, which I think they don't. Anyway I think if your neighbour do not complain, you will not have a problem since its not visible from outside.

Any comments?

Anyway, my thoughts on the roof design actually means maybe just extending the original roof to cover the courtyard opening. But I have not seen the roof up close to know if it can be done. Anyone seen it up close?

After a quick research, I think the goggle map service to add locations in Malaysia has been temporarily suspended in Malaysia so we cannot add any location at the moment.

Hi BRCian/Arecian,

Just collected the Areca house key today... the built quality overall is okay, but spotted some floor tiles are different type/colour and some wall with uneven paint work sad.gif

Here are some photos taken today... happy with the fencing  rclxms.gif

Anyway I got my keys as well. Same problem with kitchen tiles (different colors). I am planning for own stay. U?
