Hope KLK will upgrade all the fencing in BSC soon, we will support you all  icon_rolleyes.gif
Very likely own stay, just a bit worry on fetching kids to school (long distance + long traveling time from BSC to PJ area). When are you plan to move in?
*
I am planning to move in ASAP after grilles and very minor renovation is done. I work in kl too so I guess I must get use to waking up early then.

Hi .. Im about to collect my areca keys next week and will be meeting this mr Wong. Upon collecting the keys , are there anything that need to be dine on the spot? Eg. Checking for defect with him?
*
You would need to check the electrical points, lighting points, fan points, etc. As for detect, 1st round can be done when Mr Wong pass you the keys but you can still submit any defects later on. Anyway you are on which street?

Haha, I would love to move in ASAP but after doing grilles and minor reno, I think it will be easily April or early May.

Paying rental and house loan together is a burden. Haha

I am not extending my kitchen so I do not have the standard plans but definitely interested to see it. I only plan to do so after a few years. Requirement vs affordability.

Its a standard plan from MDKS. You can extend your kitchen and bathroom until your back gate and its includes your kitchen cabinet. Pecah dinding and all the awning also count in the kitchen renovation. I also bought a standard plan for gate so you can reno your front and back gate if you want. Total cost I pay is RM927 but can get back the RM600 as deposit. Hope it help.
Happy CNY to All...me can't wait to celebrate Hari Raya with the new house  rclxm9.gif  rclxm9.gif  rclxm9.gif

Can you share how to share how the plans look like and for the kitchen, its for full covered rite? Can I just extend the kitchen + the area outside the ground floor guest room. Can I choose to extend all but leave the bathroom? Maybe for the plans can PM me.

Thanks buaya.. Heee

4500 is that including the courtyard sliding doors on ground floors and window on the 1st floor?

Maybe we can start compile a list?

1. Alligator_28 /Mild Steel powder coated RM4500 / contractor?

2....
*
Include all the windows and door. The only 2 sliding doors that are not grilled is the ones facing the courtyard in the house. I am still getting more quotes but maybe due to CNY a bit slow.
