I think most of our forum member needs this BB if without we surely can't have communication like now. Only way now is maybe a big group of us keep walk-in requesting TM service only they will see there is business for them in BSC.

I think we discussed this before. It all depends on whether the concrete platform is built to support that much weight.
There are no cross beam to support the middle, and the existing pillars may not be designed to take extra dead weight.
Best to ask an architect /engineer before do anything.

I would say it is probably ok if one person go out there to hang clothes.
