Regarding BSC map, yeah how ah?

The day I went to collect my keys I did send BSC "location" from my new house on my phone's whatsapp.
Checked to read. It's at ..Jalan Cemara tongue.gif

Next time I go again, I want to try if my waze can direct me there or not. I'd like to know exactly the distance and travel time to reach there from my current house.

On unifi issue, yeah all house owners should go register. thumbup.gif

today went to survey aircons for my house, then the salesman asked where is your house, i said sg buloh, bandar sri coalfield, he says "oh, i heard that side house very very cheap, like 300k only....well, i said try find for me and see ? tongue.gif
*
Maybe he was referring to Desa Coalfields leh? tongue.gif

Have u found ppl installing aircond for u?

For me. It's more convenient to ask the installer to advice where to place the air cond blower and condenser, how many hp need for which room or hall, then ask them get the aircond for u.

If u already comparing prices, u can tell if the installer got mark up the price or not

Ask them which brands give less problem, which are better, etc.

They have more experience than aircond salesmen.

Ah, I haven't even go to check defect.

Hope the cracks are not serious.

Houses usually settle during the first few months and even years after construction, so minor wall cracks are likely. However, gaping cracks, separation and horizontal crack lines might be signs that the issues .

The outdoor plug point can be covered right? But no guarantee that water doesn't seep in in long term.

Perhaps one of those Banyan units currently installing gate and aircond belongs to my friend. He's hoping to move in as soon as possible. I hope he can be the first resident to throw a housewarming party. rclxms.gif

Bamboo tree could be nice =) + small pond near it
*
Nice! But I consider bamboo as a high maintenance tree. During dry weather, need to sapu the dried leaves regularly.
They grow pretty fast. Need lots of effort to remove any unwanted bamboo.

In Chinese, the yellow body bamboo is called "wong chuk" - wong ('ong' or luck) chuk ( abundance?).
Auspicious meaning biggrin.gif "Wong dou chuk"!

I went there today too....
Waited the rain to stop only started to go to there.

Didn't notice any leaks. Outside the lawn, some grass actually started to grow.

Wah, my row also got a few units up for sale/rent.

Today, enter that time, the guards just lifted up the palang, no questions asked.

Banyan playground area not properly maintained. Nice facilities though.

*
Her Contractor disappeared? Her unit is #19 (refer post#1568)
Maybe any of us visiting that area should pay a visit there...
Make sure we don't harbour conmen to do renovations for any of us.

Class C door....is just a type of door....they rate like class A or b or C.

About new launches, more expensive? Expected that already..
Raw materials, transportation, labour, all also more expensive now..
Land value also going up, so make smaller units lor..

Looks like they use the current market rate for bromelia as benchmark? Bank valuation for bromelia is rm480k only....
*
Need to keep the price low because there's no attraction there.
Either ppl buy for own stay or profit. For renting, very difficult ...I think lah.

40 is still young lah. tongue.gif
