We need to act quick to elect a strong officially RA committee in taking over the current security guard which KLK provide us FOC 2 years will be expiring on 14th June 2015 under (Bromelia, Hibiscus, Duranta & Oleander) and Aug 2015 for Banyan I.

Everyone, do come and support the AGM.

If the RA do not get enough support, it would be very difficult to tackle the security issue.

I have seen it happened in my old taman, the moment the developer pull back the guards, it becomes a free for all.
A lot of untowards things can happen.

Usually people will only start getting concerned when a few heavy cases happened.
Let us not make that mistake.
