call to klk office mentioned is around 520k+ 20 x 70 smaller than previous phase will on December.

One Agent contacted me said got buyer offered 525k, I reject to sell mine because I'm renting at 1.4k at this moment. Those asking whether bromelia can get lower than 500k, I don't think people will let go, some more DASH under costruction and Tesco operate.
