Got info said that letter send to government to get in chinese primary / secondary to bandar desa coalfields. Anyone heard this?

Anyone mention and request for underground cabling to klk? any latest update for the shoplot. I know they mentioned will have chinese school and market, any progress on commercial site?

I propose all of the owner get a same vendor and the whole project bromelia / duranta standardize the grill design & color. Then we can get good price. Then look nice and tidy.

Not sure KLK will provide the grill design handbook upon project handover.

Any idea?

drool.gif Based on their desa coalfields, rental is 800 - 1400. BSC rental value should be able to fetch abit higher.

if klk able to complete their commercial area within short period of time, then bsc can even fetch up higher value.

Is this consider low cost? Meaning the development quality will even low end as the previous project (bromelia, duranta, bayan)?
KLK really need to rectified on their quality of the BSC township. With reading though this forum, for sure those coming buyer will have more query to KLK rclxms.gif
