Get my key weekend, good quality, grill installation within 2k. But one thing I'm not like about their TNB power pointy... cry.gif

Overall is still good compare other developer.

Even got the Info mentioned latest sold price for Duranta is 590k. Also saw the agent engage with the hibiscus project buyer, heard is 250k +. Congra to those owe hibiscus project. rclxms.gif

Agent even told the latest deal for rental is 1.4k for Duranta unit.
