IMO, 4-3-3 has been around since mourinho's era, should change the formation and tactics. Every club would by now, know the tactics to stop us playing 4-3-3..what more, AvB learnt from Mourinho, so the tactics are more or less predictable if not, the same as Mourinho's during his time at Chelsea.

So..we should scrap the 4-3-3, opponents already know how to halt us when we apply 4-3-3..changing the style to 3-1-4-2 (or 3-2-3-2) should be something really interesting to see.

Kinda miss the French muscles we had during Mourinho's time, Gallas(before he became cry baby at Arsenal), Makelele and lassana diarra

we can romeu play a defensive/holding midfield, and at the same time have a strong midfield to win the ball to support both forwards.

AvB should by now, know which players to pick that can supplement one another like how Mata can 'ignite' Torres's engine..he should pick a team that can play as a team and not based on individual efforts, for instance, relying too heavily on Mata at times..

Yeap, no reason to potong anybody's head. The team has to play better with proper organization and tactics, we should be up at #3 by New Year
