Too many people not enou staffs. I wearing t shirts and shorts, nobody layan as well....so bloody lansi. I waited sometime and get hold of a staff then she told me selling fast and not many units left...I wanna see whether can sell off or not with this price tag without car park so shit.

anyway, i'm still quite turned off by the lack of parking. spending near 900psf and not getting a car park... hmmmm...

for 800k, u should at least get two parking bays..

exactly, being an owner and everyday go back to this soho for work or stay.. have to register n get access from guard... hmmm, also not sure if they will allow you to park overnight or any other restriction. I was told that later sunrise may open up some carpark for sale.

will wait for the residential block launch n see how

How on earth a condo has no car park? So where would the residence going to park their car? Along the roadside?

Maybe I go and invest a land right beside Arcoris MK for car park service. RM10 per hour, since there are so many high end people buying this Arcoris MK.. lol..

Added on June 27, 2012, 11:06 amwhen i was there, i saw a group of aunties... full makeup and dressup.. one of them said "woah, that office (aka soho) unit RM800k very cheap oh" ... hahaha, they really forgot the practicability here.. how on earth you spend more than half a million and not even a single car park?

That is why this called soho. Owner have to rent car park from them. Management will make long term money from all owners.

most of sunrise project is BBB. this one no exception .

good value though for medium and long run .

Foster and Partners is an establish architect firm, hence no doubt this is BBB. The latest offering from Sunrise is Verdi in Cyberjaya...not yet launched btw
