Your unit seem the good. Can I know the price meaing of ++? I understand it come with -5% & -1%. I am interested, let me know the built up for the office and private garden. thanks. wdong@pd.jaring.my

2. private garden maintainance fee is calculate at the cost of 10% from the unit maintainace fee. mean is 0.039psf , not even 4 cent. Super cheap.
3. Private garden is all ours, so u can use like your office or house.

Unit come with free branded air cond for living hall and bedroom.
Built-in kitchen cabinet, branded washing machine with dryer, fridge, build-in oven, hob and hood
Upgraded tiles compare to office suites
Hope u have a good hunting for your unit!!!!!

If you interest to grap a unit at 1400sf++ include private garden (monthly maintainance only RM300) at high floor facing retail podium (meaning facing Arcoris Service Residences which is just 18 floor). This unit is higher than Arcoris service residences so no blocking and you can oversee the service residences with rooftop swimming pool or garden. Unbelieveable price at only 810K++ (average around 570++psf). Contact me if u interest: 013-2681129 (serious buyer only for limited time because i still 15.16 want to take it or let go it).

The initial launched price for sunrise owners is -5% -5% mean no need down payment provided you can get 90% loan.

exactly, being an owner and everyday go back to this soho for work or stay.. have to register n get access from guard... hmmm, also not sure if they will allow you to park overnight or any other restriction. I was told that later sunrise may open up some carpark for sale.

will wait for the residential block launch n see how

hahaha... i was wearing t-shirt and jeans.. no one layan me also. i have to inform one of the sales person to get me someone to provide info. hahahah, then came a lady who work as admin... its okler, i dont look like a potential customer mar...

How on earth a condo has no car park? So where would the residence going to park their car? Along the roadside?

Maybe I go and invest a land right beside Arcoris MK for car park service. RM10 per hour, since there are so many high end people buying this Arcoris MK.. lol..

That is why this called soho. Owner have to rent car park from them. Management will make long term money from all owners.
