Well.... U answered the questioned yourself....
MK in my view is a more cozy and peaceful place which is much suitable for staying.... In short, MK is a housing area.
So even Arcoris gonna hav commercial very unlikely it's going to be same like Solaris Dutamas.....
Same again, like Tmn Desa, there is commercial shop, its never as vibrant as Kuchai, but that doesn't mean the shop is not doing well too...
Or maybe u wants to define wat is happening?...
Or maybe it's also my way of studying a project.... I don't compare project from one end with the other end. I would compare with those real neighbour which usually side by side because anything across the road or a street may be totally different...
Btw, I didnt invest in Arcoris or Solaris Dutamas also.... tongue.gif

Well, i don see very clear different between solaris dutamas area compare with mont kiara...solaris dutamas nearby also have high end condo like hartamas regency, and very nice gated guarded landed like nusantara,duta tropika and hartamas height....dutamas also very nice cozy housing area...in fact, the road condition at solaris dutamas area much more wider and better contidion compare to mont kiara road...

There are two different area and market althought both at MK. There will be different tenant groups at these two area.

I thought the launch price was less than 1k psf? Price increased dy? Tats more expensive than Pavilion Hilltop MK. Those early birds sure untunglah

Understand that the price increase after developer throw in some additional things, eg guaranteed 7% return for 2 years, cash payment upon VP for renovation etc.

Yep these are all costs to the developers. Price have to be higher. LPPL thingy

Does this project using Industrialised Building System components as the construction method or just conventional method. Since the price is too height is too overpriced

Arcoris will complement Plaza Mont'Kiara, One Mont'Kiara and dare I say YNH's new mixed development, creating a commercial hub at one end of Mont'Kiara. THe other commercial end will be Dutamas- with Publika and the upcoming UEM Sunrise project near Hartamas Heights....Solaris Mont'Kiara is more an in-fill mix- commercial development- not large enough to make an impact.
