Still quite number of units available for SOHO... However I jus came to kno their SOHO ceiling height is only 9ft+, less than 10ft, single stores type.... Quite low ceiling to me....

Service residence hav more than 100 type layout sizes.... Trying to make every unit unique by itself.... Units with private garden looks great.... However pricing really 'great' also...... tongue.gif

In no way Solaris Dutamas shld compare with Arcoris. Firstly, Solaris Dutmas is not in MK. Secondly, look at the surrounding area of the project, Solaris Dutamas is jus next to a big Mosque and those Gov offices, where you'll see thousands of office/delivery boy passing by through bikes......

A happening place doesn't mean a better place to stay.
Example TmnDesa & Kuchai Lama,
Which place is more happening? Which place is better to stay? Can both place be compared even it also geologically near to each other.
I will never want to stay Kuchai, however I go there frequent for food...

Well.... U answered the questioned yourself....
MK in my view is a more cozy and peaceful place which is much suitable for staying.... In short, MK is a housing area.
So even Arcoris gonna hav commercial very unlikely it's going to be same like Solaris Dutamas.....
Same again, like Tmn Desa, there is commercial shop, its never as vibrant as Kuchai, but that doesn't mean the shop is not doing well too...
Or maybe u wants to define wat is happening?...
Or maybe it's also my way of studying a project.... I don't compare project from one end with the other end. I would compare with those real neighbour which usually side by side because anything across the road or a street may be totally different...
Btw, I didnt invest in Arcoris or Solaris Dutamas also.... tongue.gif
