hmm.. hearing will be done again on next month as he didn't come. the president ask me to go meet him and give the form 2 by hand. i say back to the presiden, im scare if i go n give the form by hand, it will be my hand that goes into his face.. then after that only the form.. the presiden laugh and say " up to you, dont say i ask u to do that" hehehe..

So next step is to meet the KLMUC Administration and then meet this guy.. im not thinking to settle this case outside anymore as this stupid gayboy made me got in to trouble.

ok ill try my best to do the Step-by-step guide. Actually it easy doing it online.. ill post it tonite as now im at office.. need to do some work first.

how to do TTPM report guide..

1. go to http://ttpm.kpdnkk.gov.my/portal/index.php for english @ http://ttpm.kpdnkk.gov.my/portal/index.php...temid=1&lang=bm for malay

2. click this image located on left side below.

3. Choose Register @ daftar, click next on user, then fill in ur detail. next step is click register.

this 3 step should be easier..

after register i already forgot need to verified email or not, but as i remember, no need.. just go back to the page where u can see login (in 3rd step above)

inside u can see Enquiry form, just fill this one first to check if u case can be claim or not. u will get the answer within a few hours. if the status is stated 12. Status Can Be Filed then u can proceed using Form 1 Filling. choose the statement of claims (the one with rm5 fees) then at the next page, choose file form 1. from here i think you should follow the step by step guide by the system

after finish fill in detail of the complain n pay the fees, u need to wait for the complaint to be review by them, should be not less then 2 days working. u can check the day after u filing the form 1 and u will see like this on the main page..



u need to refer the status to know ur complaint is in what status. at pic my case status is already proceed. if i not mistake, after the filing is accepted by them, it will show different status. then u need to click next and u will see the page like below..





later, u just need to wait for the letter from TTPM to arrive to ur given address telling when is the hearing will be done. u can also check in the TTPM web.

then, at the hearing date, go to the hearing place, meet the person in the counter and give your ic. after that just wait until they call u to go in.

the person inside the hearing room will give you info what to do.

i think only this la i can help. By the way, the AR Register Mail is only rm3.80.

will add the extra info later incase i remember. or if someone is doing the new complaint, can take screen shot and share here.
