PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6760="Radeon ™ HD 7470M"

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6740="Radeon ™ HD 6770M"

anyone have tested Lenovo G475 with processor AMD Athlon e300 dual core 1.3ghz?
how good is it? my uncle want to have a cheap laptop below rm1k.
it seems that i got no choice other than this model.
but just afraid it its not good enough.
is there any option for a decent laptop below rm1k other than netbook?

Looks like the 74XX and 75XX GPUs are all 64-bit again though the usage of GDDR5 VRAM might give it a good boost in performance over the 6000-series predecessors.

Tried it at a Tesco, it's a decent laptop for most basic tasks like browsing, paperwork and some video playback. For the price you pay, can't really complain much.

For some reason, LG always has pretty inflated pricing.

Review on the Asus U46Sv, a laptop many people seemed to be interested in brows.gif
http://www.laptopmag.com/review/laptops/asus-u46sv.aspx

Attached Image

Quoted from laptopmag:

Pros: Sleek aluminum design; One of brightest screens in its class; Loud speakers; Good graphics performance; Long battery life

Cons: Touchpad can be erratic; Stiff and loud touchpad buttons; Somewhat heavy; Unbalanced audio; Low-res webcam

The Verdict: The 14-inch ASUS U46SV offers good graphics performance and long battery life in an attractive design, but the ergonomics could be better.

U46SV is still selling. C-Zone dropped price for it to RM2599.
