Larger space, noneed spend so much R & D on squeezing all the components inside? laugh.gif
Or just plain promotional purposes because the 3450 seemed to be getting more attention than the 3550? Hard to say yo~

In china, all model for Y470 are with GT550M. The new model Y470 just upgrade to i7-2670QM in china, GT550M remain the same. Since Y470 imported from China, we should get the same.

Usually different countries will get notebooks with different specifications.. its not just restricted to Lenovo.
Anyway, we got the input from hikari85, a reliable seller here in lowyat.net... the specifications should be correct nod.gif

Lenovo has a track record with the weakest GT555M so not gonna be too surprised with the 96SP, 128-bit GDDR5 version.

is it possible to change the graphic card of a notebook? Or even processor?

I know the RAM is upgrade-able, but how about the processor and graphic card? smile.gif
