As for Regina, a 1248 unit is about RM 600k before discount. (about RM470 - 480 per sqft)

I read this news “Abandoned Project, Distressed Buyers” in the Star dated 11th February 2012:

It looks like the article is implying that Regina is being built on the land of an abandoned project, which the previous buyers are still hopeful of revival. My question is whether the buyers of Regina will be saddled by any unresolved legal issues on the land.

yea .. worried with the land issue ... coz few years ago i pass by there is some abondon building sitting ideal there..

but as for now regina developer has already demolish it .. now is a clean land
